Heat spices in heavy pan (until almost smoking) set aside 2. Heat oil in large 5-6 qt pot add onions and potatoes cook ~ 1min 3. Add spices coat vegetables well 2 min 4. Add tomato paste, garlic, ginger, chile cook 3 min mixing well 5. Add tomatoes, cauliflower, chickpeas cook to your likeness add peas, and cream or coconut milk. Add salt if you like.
